The mission of the Human Resources department is to be a strategic partner with all City departments in providing the highest level of service to the residents of Mukilteo by recruiting and retaining qualified, skilled and professional staff.
Human Resources includes recruitment, testing and selection, salary and benefit administration, policy development, labor union relations and negotiations, employee relations, training, and development.
