Stormwater drains to stream
Stormwater drains to stream

Did you know that stormwater pollution is the number one threat to the health of the Puget Sound? There are a few simple things you can do to limit your impact to the waters we all share.

  • Limit use of lawn fertilizers, especially before a rainfall.
  • Pick up after your pets and dispose of waste properly.
  • Wash your car at a commercial car wash rather than in the street or your driveway.
  • Never dump anything down a storm drain.
